Allow messages to be filtered

Description
This should at least move/delete/flag messages based on matching/not matching in sender/subject/body.
Need to think about *when* to filter -- on login? whenever messages are IMAP-flagged as Recent? whenever displaying a mailbox list?
Also, this could be used to highlight messages (change colour and so forth).
