Description

Clicking on settings hides the list of messages leaving a large blank space, leaves the mailbox list in place, and gives me a JSON error dialog box: 

Unable to Json decode what the server sent back.
The server sent us: '<br/>
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: list_refreshtime in
<b>/var/www/lichen/include/settings.inc.php</b> on line <b>503</b><br />

That message with the same line number is repeated four more times in the dialog, then

etc.

r264 with Debian libapache2-mod-php5 5.2.0-8+etch11 and iceweasel 2.0.0.14-0etch1.

Fixed by deleting settings and starting again. I guess you can ignore this bug, except that a transparent upgrade path would be nice. :)
